Emmaus senior Sam Luff will compete in the 1st Gerry Lindgren Invitational on Friday, April 22 in an elite group of 2-milers from across the US. Luff has PRs of 15:30 for 5000 meters and 9:10.14 for 3200 meters.
The meet will be held at East High School Salt Lake City, Utah. Honoring distance legend and recent Hall of Fame inductee Gerry Lindgren, the highlight of this meet will include the Gerry Lindgren Twilight Two-mile National Championship.
