Craig Miller held off Tim Johnson, Cedar Cliff, and Andy Miller, Cedar Crest, in a rather tame 4:26.94 1600. The three went 2:20 the first 400.


Jordan Mitchell, Central Dauphin, was 2nd in 10.90 to Knowledge Timmons, William Penn York, who went 10.67 in the 100.


Scotland's Kevin Marshall took AA in 11.14.

David Hoffman, Dallastown, went 14.62 to take the AAA 110 Hurdles.


Nate Kiss, Windber, won the AA in 14.83.


Altoona's Zach Epple ran 6:32.76 to beat teammate James Cherry, 3rd in 6:41.19 in the 2000 meter Steeplechase.


Chambersburg's Tommy Taylor took 2nd in 6:40.70.

Central Dauphin went 43.25 to take 2nd in the 4x100. Central Dauphin East, in another heat, won in 43.15.


Bedford took the AA 4x100 in 44.18.
