The PIAA State Championship course will remain the same as in 2009.
"CHANGES IN THE COURSE: Please alert your coaches that there is a stretch of about 450 meters that has been changed.
Part Eliminated: In the last 600 meters...Runners will NOT run down the steep hill to Hockersville Rd and then run around the sewer plant and up the steep hill toward the finish.
New Section: Once coming out of the woods by the parking lot the runners will turn right and follow the course back toward the start line. Once crossing Hoskersville Rd. they will turn left and make a loop and then continue toward the finish line.
The finish line position has not changed."
