He's Jon. His last name has been withheld. It's a tradition to close the first day of the SOL American Conference meet with a coach's 4x100. The only takers were Cheltenham (Jon's team), and Plymouth-Whitemarsh. From the photos below you can clearly see two things: Jon is losing on the closing stretch... and two, Jon doesn't have a baton. Which means, in relay terms, he's not exactly complying with the rules. Hence the smile.
