In their first year as District 12 in the PIAA, the Philly Public League is keeping their Division format, competing over two days at Roxborough HS. In Division A, Chanel Tart-Minor of Girls\' High turned in a triple win day, going 25.3 for 200, 57.0 for 400 and 47.8 for the 300 Hurdles. On the boys\' side, it was Simon Gratz all the way and the three T\'s of Rachine Turner, Kenneth Talley and Kevin Talley went one-two-three in the 200 at 21.5, 21.8 and 21.9, respectively. Kevin took the 400 over teammate Khaliff Featherstone, 49.7 to 49.9. And their teammate Marquis King went 40.9 in the 300 Hurdles. In Division B, Central\'s Jewel Daye ran 12.5 and 25.7 in the sprints. Teammate Anthony Lyas ran 40.0 for the 300 Hurdles. Thurman Sanders, Central, anchored the winning 4x400 to a 3:30.3, and he went 2:05.1 and 4:48.2 to take the 800 and 1600 runs. Overbrook\'s Sargbah Tarpeh ran 2:00.1 in Division C to take the 800, and his 4x400 went 3:29.4. In Division D, the Engineering & Science girls were led by Ebony Thomas, 12.4 and 25.6; Jonae McAllister in 58.2, and Benita Taylor in 2:21.8. Teammate Brandon Lane ruled the hurdles, going 14.2 and 41.2. And in Division E, Swenson\'s Jermain Lloyd ran 11.1 and 22.6, while Masterman\'s Dara Wilson went 14.5 and 47.7 to take the girls hurdles.
