Two new course records were set in the varsity races, as Central Cambria swept the team races. In the girls\'s race, it was sophomore Carley Seymour winning again, going 19:18. Teammate Annie Cekada, a freshman, was 3rd in 20:51, just behind Bishop McCort\'s Shannon Yingling in 20:30. Central Cambria beat host Altoona by 65-78. But Altoona\'s Zach Epple, a senior, captured a course mark for the home team, running 17:05. Central Cambria\'s boys were 8 better than 2nd place Somerset behind the 3rd place finish of Shane Simmons.
