The Allderdice boys and girls teams tallied a total of 37 team points in TWO races. The girls won their district title with 20 points at Pittsburgh\'s Schenley Oval behind a seven-runner avalanche from 2nd through 8th. The pack was led by the 20:05 from Sassi Kerpedjieva. Schenley\'s Angelica Martinez set a new meet record of 19:50, breaking her own record from 2004 by seven seconds. While the boys didn\'t place all seven runners like the Allderdice girls, they did take the top three spots, and added 5th and 6th for a score of 17. Colie Smith led the assault with his winning 17:14.
