No one could respond to the 30.1 final 200
Unionville's Paul Springer unleashed to win the Mile in 4:17.39.


Sprngfield-Delco's Andre Nelson won the 60 in 6.91 seconds, and took 2nd in the 200 in 22.8.
Christopher Muvdii of Holy Name was 2nd in 7.02.


Kenneth Talley (r) of Simon Gratz, wins the 200 in 21.96,
with 60m champ Andre Nelson of Springfield-Delco 2nd in 22.08.


Glen Mills' Nathan Stewart was the best on the day with a Shot Put of 55-09.50.


Nice time for a PR as Strath Haven's Scott Henkelmann
cleared 23-2 in real estate to wn the Long Jump.


Kenneth Talley anchors Simon Gratz to a 1:29.79 in the 4x200.
They own the top three performances in the US this season.





North Penn anchor Cody Edling never gave an inch in helping North Penn to a 7:53.73
4x800 win, about a second off the meet record - owned by "4x800 U" North Penn.


Harrisburg ran an inspired 4x400 to close the meet on a great note, going 3:20.92.
