Defending AA Shot Put champ and 2006 Indoor champ Allyn Laughlin of Center HS, has made a verbal commitment to Florida State University. Cardinal O'Hara's Greg Thomas and Altoona's Zach Epple have made their college selections. Thomas is heading southwest (but not too far) to Tennessee, and Epple will be going to three-time PSAC outdoor champs Shippensburg University.
