In the 55 Hurdles, Tiffany Nesfield, of CH Flowers (MD) went 8.46 to hold off Kamilah Salaam of Glasgow (DE), who was 2nd in 8.51. Salaam did get two 1st place medals, capturing the 55 Dash in 7.35 and the 200 in 26.21. ToniAluko of Paint Branch (MD) took the girls' High Jump, clearing 5-06. Ephrata's BetsySensenig (10:42.7) beat Red Lion's Kate Papenberg (11:06.9) in the 3000. In boys' competition, Wyomissing's Travis Quillman clearned 6-04 to take the High Jump. Double winners included Mike Downs, Delcastle (DE) in the 55 (6.73) and the 200 (23.51); Josh Fritz, Northwest (PA) in the 800 (2:02.61) and the 1600 (4:35.25); plus the CH Flowers (MD) relays in both the 4x400 (3:32.58) and the 4x800 (8:45.67).
