York's Knowledge Timmons captured both the 55 Dash (6.4) and the 200 (23.5). James Wood's (VA) Kristina Novara was also a double victor, taking the mile in 5:42.0 and the 3200 in 12:57.0. Cedar Cliff senior Pat Philbin ran alone to an easy win in the boys' 3200 in 9:51.0. Hershey won three of the four relays, with the boys taking both the 4x800 (9:00) and the 4x400 (3:54), and the girls winning the 4x800 in 10:56, while getting 2nd by three seconds in the 4x400 in 4:34 to McLean, VA.
