Apologies to Ryann Krais on for the late acknowledgment of her all-time state best. And apologies to the Philadelphia Catholic League for the late summary. Ryann's 41.46 300 Hurdles at PIAA States bests the 41.88 set in 1996 by Joyce Bates of Simon Gratz. And thanks to the help from Bonner Head Coach Dan Nelson in posting results, I relaxed a bit and just found the time to write the meet summary for that great meet.
