10/15 WKND: LaSalle 2nd, O\'Hara 4th @ VCP - Ward wins home invite - Spence 2nd in Gettysburg Oct 14, 2005

Running a week later made a big difference in the weather, and LaSalle took advantage, getting 2nd at the Eastern States Championships at Van Cortlandt Park. Katherine Ward won her home invitational in State College, her 4th meet win of the season, Altoona won the Girls\' team title. 10/15-Defending AA champ Rachel Erny wins comfortably at Mingo Classic Oct 18, 2005

Defending AA state champ Rachel Erny of Brentwood posted a quick 19:13 to win by 22 seconds over Baldwin\'s Allyson Sheehan, but Baldwin, with three runners in the top six, would win. For the boys, Gateway was a ten point winner. Baldwin\'s Mike Meade won the race in 16:29.
