Lebanon Valley College Track & Field High School Meets
November 30, 2012 and January 12, 2013

Dear Coach,
 
This season LVC will be hosting two indoor high school meets. 
 
Information on the November 30 meet:
The meet will begin at 5:00 pm with boy’s long jump. All other event areas will begin at 5:30 pm. The cost for the meet is as follows: If I receive payment before November 10 the cost is only $4 per athlete, with a maximum of $100 for one team (boys and girls separately). If you pay after November 10, the cost will be $6 per athlete, with a maximum of $120 a team (boys and girls separately). If you are unable to attend and have paid your registration fees, a non-refundable $30 fee will be accessed for each school (not per gender). We will be limiting the number of entries per team to 3 athletes per event and 2 relays per school. 

Information on the January 12 meet:
The meet will begin at 8:30 a.m. with boy’s long jump, other field event areas beginning at 9 am following at 9:30 with track events. Fees will be as follows: If I receive your payment before December 20 the cost is only $6.00 per athlete, with a maximum of $130.00 for one team (boys and girls separately). If you pay after December 20, the cost will be $8.00 per athlete, with a maximum of $145.00 for one team (boys and girls separately). If you are unable to attend and have paid your registration fees, a non-refundable $30 fee will be accessed for each school (not per gender). We will be limiting the number of entries per team to 5 athletes per event and 2 relays per school. 
 
If you are interested in participating in the December meet, please complete the form below and return it to me by email or fax by November 15, 2012. The January deadline is December 30, 2012.
