Meet Information

Entries: All entries will be accepted on pa.milesplit.com. Please note that entries will be due by noon on Wednesday, January 12. There will a maximum of 5 entries for each event per team and 2 relay entries. The performance list will be posted on the www.godutchmen.com website by Thursday evening.
Entry Changes: Field event scratches will take place at the event. All other scratches will be taken before the start of the first event and ongoing. After the 1600, we will be doing lane seeding as the meet progresses.
Fees: $15.00 per athlete, with a maximum of $200 for one team (boys and girls separately).If payment is received by December 20, a 10% discount will be applied. If you are unable to attend and have already paid the registration fee, anon-refundable 15% fee will be accessed
Order of Events: The order of events is listed below. Please listen to announcements for changes .Running events will be on a rolling schedule, field event start times will be announced and progress as the meet continues.
Facilities: A 4-lane Mondo surface. Spikes only permitted in pole vault and the 55m and 55m hurdle finals.
Starting blocks will only be used for the 55m and the 55m hurdles
Athletic Training: Will be available throughout the meet. Athletes/ teams will need to provide their own supplies if taping is needed.
Sales: Invitational t-shirts will be for sale at the meet. A concession stand will be available throughout the meet.
