Mid-Penn Conference Champs 2003

North Penn in the East, Mount Lebanon in the West, and now Cumberland Valley and Central Dauphin in the Central part of the state have joined the sub-7:56 group in the 4x800 to set up a great race for two weeks in Shippensburg.
