An athlete will only be allowed to compete in 4 events over a two week period.
The two meets will be scored as 6 double dual meets against all opponents in your division. Team champion determined based on the team with best record. If there is a two way tie, the team that wins head to head wins the division outright. If there is a three way tie, there are three division champions.
Entries are limited to 5 athletes/event per school in the field and 6 on the track
Changes can still be made when teams arrive; however, with a 9am deadline we are hoping to greatly reduce changes. All changes made at the meet are SUBSTITUTION only!
100 and 100/110 HH will be trials and finals. One heat final - 8 lane track.
200 will be run in sections - all times must be verifiable from the winter or spring season of 2019.
All sections will run slow to fast; however, athletes can place out of the slow section.
All seed performances will be entrusted to the coaches (except for the 200).
Throws and jumps will be divided into two flights 3 attempts per athlete and the top 9 athletes go to finals.
All events are girls first and then boys follow.
In the event of a tie in time, jump or throw (beyond place #7 or #9 on the track), points will be evenly divided in the dual meet scoring.
Dual meet results will be calculated after week 1 by the coaches/scorers and then posted. Week two each team must provide a scorer.
