We will try to run ahead of schedule if possible. Advancing from trials to finals will be on time only. The 3200m is a timed final run in 2 sections based on seed time. The 200m is final on time (no trials). | |

| Depending on weather and the field size we may use the following minimums. | |
| Shot Put - Girls 25' and Boys 35' | |
| Discus - Girls 65' and Boys 90' | |
| Javelin - Girls 70' and Boys 100' | |
| Each competitor's first legal mark will be measured then only throws beyond the minimum. |
