Per the PIAA, spectators are permitted at PIAA sanctioned events. We (the coaching staff, administrators, and the athletes) do not make the rules, but will follow them.  Our main focus is to ensure the athletes get the opportunity to compete while following the safety rules established by the state of Pennsylvania and the PIAA.  We are limited to 250 total individuals at the meet including athletes, spectators, coaches, trainers, etc.

(Based on current guidelines recommended by the state of Pennsylvania and are subject to change. The safety of the students is of paramount concern.)

  • All spectators must wear a mask at all times.  Please respect this policy.  The students are required to wear a mask at school, practice, and work.  We are fortunate to have this opportunity to spectate so please follow the same rules.  The mask is to cover the mouth and the nose per CDC guidelines.  Any individuals refusing to wear a mask (and wear a mask properly) will be removed from the competitive area and competition will not occur until the area is deemed safe by the meet director.

  • A maximum of 2 family members are permitted to attend per athlete. Including athletes, coaches, trainers, administrators, and spectators we are limited to 250 total individuals at the cross country course.  Competition will not occur until the area is deemed safe by the meet director.

  • Spectators are only permitted in the designated areas as established by the meet director. NO SPECTATORS ARE PERMITTED IN THE TEAM AREAS OR NEAR THE FINISH LINE.  These areas will be roped off to prohibit individuals from interacting with the athletes.  We ask that parents avoid interacting with their children during the event (one hour prior to the race and thirty minutes after the completion of the final race). We also NEED parents and athletes to vacate the park upon completion of their event as soon as possible.

  • Spectators are not permitted to provide any food or drink to any athletes, coaches, or officials unless deemed a medical emergency.

  • Spectators must remain 15 from the course during races.

  • Spectators should avoid yelling at the athletes.  No whistles or voice enhancing devices are permitted.

  • If you are sick, STAY HOME! (Cough, Fever, Sore Throat, Difficulty Breathing, or close contact with someone diagnosed with Covid 19)

T-Shirts:Custom designed invitational t-shirts will be sold, but must be pre-ordered. T-shirt orders are due by September  16th.  Shirts will be delivered to your schools for the coaching staff to distribute.  We appreciate you help in this matter.
