Butler Jr High Invitational 2020

Meet Date: Saturday, May 2, 2020

Entry Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2020 at Midnight - online entry thru Penn Track XC @ http://pa.milesplit.com

Meet Registration: Once the meet is closed -NO additional entries will be accepted. There will be "no day of the meet" additions. Scratches will be done at the coaches' meeting.

 Registration/Check In begins at :  9:00 AM                  Coaches' Meeting: 9:45 AM

Field events start:  10:30 AM     Running events start: 10:30 AM.      

We will use a rolling time schedule - listen to the calls for your events.

 Facilities: Butler Area School District (Art Bernardi Stadium); all-weather track, turf infield, 2 jumping runways, 2 pole vault pits, 1 high jump pit, Javelin is grass surface

Entries: Three (3) athletes per event, One (1) relay per event

Timing: Fully Automated Timing System (FAT)

Meet Management: Hy-Tek Meet Manager. Results posted on PennTrack XC

 Individual Awards: Top 3 finishers will receive medals, ribbons

for 4^th thru 7^th, Track MVP, Field MVP,Team Awards: Champion & Runner-Up

Officiating: Each team is asked to provide Coaches to assist in field events. 

 Entry Fee:$85 per school team, $170 if both Boys & Girls Teams or $30 for Individuals

Track Events: 10:30 AM Start

One event follows the other with short break after trials

All events Girls then Boys.

 1. 100/110 Meter High Hurdle Trials*

 2. 100 Meter Dash Trials*

 3. 3200 Meter Relay

       - 10 minute break prior to Finals

 5. 100/110 Meter High Hurdle Finals*

 6. 100 Meter Dash Finals*

 7. 1600 Meter Run

 8. 400 Meter Relay

 9. 400 Meter Dash

10. 300 Intermediate Hurdles

11. 800 Meter Run

12. 200 Meter Dash - Seeded - will be run as a final

13. 3200 Meter Run

14. 1600 Meter Relay

Note: For the 100/110 Meter High Hurdles and 100 Meter Dash - will take 12 to the finals & will have a two heat
seeded final.  200 Meter Dash will be seeded and run as a final.
