Butler Jr High Invitational 2024

Entry Deadline:  Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at Noon - online entry thru Penn Track XC @http://pa.milesplit.com

Meet Registration:  Once the meet is closed - NO additional entries will be accepted.There will be "no day of the

meet" additions.  Scratches will be done at the coaches' meeting.

Registration/Check In begins at :1:30 PM Coaches' Meeting:2:00 PM

Field events start:  2:30 PM Running events start:  2:30 PM     We will use a rolling time schedule - listen to the calls for your events.

Facilities: Butler Area School District (Art Bernardi Stadium); all-weather track, turf infield, 2 jumping runways, 2 pole vault pits, 1 high jump pit.

Entries: Three (3) athletes per event, One (1) relay per event

Timing: Fully Automated Timing System (FAT)

Meet Timing & Live Results:  Wolf Creek Race Management

 Individual  Awards:Top 7 finishers will receive medals, Track MVP, Field MVP, Team Awards: Champion & Runner-Up

Officiating: Each team is asked to provide Coaches to assist in field events.

Entry Fee: $125 per school team, $250 if both Boys & Girls Teams or $30 for Individuals

Track Events: 2:30 PM Start

 One event follows the other with short break after trials

All events Girls then Boys.

Note:  For the 100/110 Meter High Hurdles and 100 Meter Dash - will take 12 to the finals & will have a two heat seeded final.   200 Meter Dash will be seeded and run as a final.
