Please mail check by Monday, April 5th. If times are not available for this season, please use

reasonable times from the
beginning of last year's season. Questions should be emailed to

crepsb@bedfordasd.org. This is the preferred method of contact. This year we will use the

MileSplit entry system. Entry Deadline: Thursday April 8
th at 12-noon.

When trials are used in running events, Top 12 athletes will advance to the two heat finals: PIAA rules for

advancement will be used. We will be using FAT Timing system.

In the discus, javelin, shot put, long jump, and triple jump, each competitor will receive 4 throws/

jumps. There will be NO finals in these events.

Only 1/4" spikes are permitted for the running events, javelin, long jump, triple jump, high jump

and pole vault. We have double areas for shot and discus if needed.

All coaches and competitors must stay in the designated areas. Only those competitors who are

competing in the announced events will be allowed inside the track and competition areas.

We take great pride in making this meet an athlete and coach friendly event. We do not ask for

any student/coach help at events. It is early in the season so moving quickly from event to event

is very important to us.

Clerk of Course will be stationed in infield. Athletes need to report to get lane and heat

assignments. We will reseed as needed. Athletes will need hip numbers for running events.

The meet will run as scheduled unless weather dictates a change.

Refreshments and T-Shirts will be available at the concession stand.
