Meet Information
Due to Covid Restrictions and Protocols, we are going to divide the meet into two
sections - the Girls will compete in the morning (Arrival after 8:30, Coaches
Meeting at 9:00 and Events beginning at 9:15) and the Boys in the
afternoon (Arrival after 2:30, Coaches Meetingat 3:00 and Events
beginning at 3:15). Please do not bring your boys in the morning to just "hangout"
until they compete in the afternoon.This
would have the potential for problems.
Each team must provide all written materials (Participation Sheetfrom your
Athletic Director and Covid Screening for your Roster) prior to entering the
Stadium.
Each team is asked to provide a coach to act as an official for the meet.We need more officials to help in the Field
Events and limited help at the finish line.
Each team may enter up to 4 athletes and one relay team in each event. No team score will be keptRibbons will be awarded for the top eight finishers
Social Distancing must be observed at all times and Masks must be worn at all times by contestants, Officials and Coaches.Anyone not wearing a mask will be asked to leave the facility. All teams will be assigned an area in the bleachers where they must stay when they are not competing.
Only athletes competing will be permitted on the infield. Athletes may warmup outside the Stadium and on the roped off area behind the Visitors Bleachers between the Discus and Javelin Areas
Athletes will be permitted to remove their masks when they are competing
Concession Stand will be open and shirts will be sold.

Team Entry Fee $110.00 Men's Team and $110.00 Women's Team
