Closing date for Registration - close at 11:59 am on Wednesday, May 5th - 2 individuals per team per event and 1 relay team per school per event
Due to Covid Restrictions and Protocols, we are going to divide the meet into two sections - the Boys will compete on Friday, May 7th (Plan on Arriving between 11:00 and 11:30, Coaches Meeting will be at 12:00 and Events beginning at 12:30. The Girls will compete on Saturday, May 8th ( Plan on arriving between 11:00 and 11:30, Coaches Meeting at 12:00 and Events will begin at 12:30
Each team must provide all written materials (Participation Sheet from your Athletic Director and Covid Screening for your Roster) prior to entering the Stadium.
Each team is asked to provide a coach to act as an official for the meet. We need more officials to help in the Field Events and limited help at the finish line. Information regarding this will be sent out regarding this in the next few weeks.
Each team may enter 2 athletes and one relay team in each event. Team score will be kept with trophies being awarded to the the 1st and 2nd Place team in the "AA" and "AAA" Classes. Olympic style medals will be awarded for the top eight finishers.
Only athletes competing will be permitted on the infield.
A Small Concession Stand will be open selling only drinks and prepackaged items. Invitational Shirts will be sold.
