Some field events may be limited to 20-25 Competitors.
Long Jump ( 1.5 hr open pit 4 jumps)
Pole Vault (9'6" starting height)
High Jump (5'4" starting height)
Shot Put ((TBA- attempts will be based on the number of competitors)
Javelin (TBA- attempts will be based on the number of competitors)
Late Field Events
Triple Jump (follows long jump)
Discus follows SP/Jav (TBA- attempts will be based on the number of competitors)
3:30 pm Track Events
Elite DMR (if needed)
4x800 (1 heat)
110-meter HH
100-meter Dash
1600-meter Run
4x100
400-meter Dash
300-meter IH
800-meter Run ( 1 turn stagger for top heats. 8-9 per heat)
200-meter Dash
3200-meter Run (one heat)
4x400 (3 turn stagger)
