Dickinson College Holiday HS Invite
Saturday December 16th, 2023
Entries: Teams can enter entries on Athletic.net. Entries will be due at 11:59pm on Wednesday, December 13th, 2023.
Entry Fees: Cost of Entry will be $25 per entry, with a maximum cost of $250 per team and $500 for both genders.
Checks can be made payable to 'Dickinson College', and delivered to the registration table at the finish line of the meet, or mailed in advance to:

Timing: 2L Race Services will be timing the meet and providing results online.
Schedule of Events: The Schedule of Events is located on the last page of this packet. The meet with be on a Rolling Schedule, so all athletes/ coaches should be aware of where in the meet we are. Due to Facility Demands, this meet must end at 4:00pm. Because of this, the meet may end without all events being contested.
Starting Heights: Starting Heights for the Vertical Jumps will be determined after Entries are due and before the start of competition.
Heats/Flights: Heats in the Track events will be seeded fast to slow. Field Event flights will be determined after entries are due, with 3 attempts in prelims and Top 9 athletes going to finals for three more attempts.
Spectators: Spectators should remain on the upper floor of the Kline Center and in designated areas on the Track level only.
Team Camps: Team Camp areas are designated on the facilities map. Athletes should not set up camp outside of these areas.
Athletic Trainers: An Athletic Trainer will be present in the Kline Center throughout the entirety of the meet. If athletes need taped, all supplies must be brought with the athlete to the Trainer.
Concessions/T-shirts: Concessions and TShirts will be available for purchase in the Kline Center upper floor.
Facilities: The Kline Center Track at Dickinson College is 200m flat track. Only inch spikes are permitted on the track surface for all track events, plus PV, LJ & TJ. High Jump is conducted on a wood Basketball court surface in sneakers only. NO spikes will be permitted on the Basketball Court/HJ area at all.
Team camps should be in designated areas only, no Team Camps will be permitted on the Basketball Court.
Team Arrivals/Busses: Busses can drop teams off at the High Street Entrance to the Kline Center, taking the ramp up to the front entrance. Busses then can then park at Dickinson Park off of Ritner Highway half a mile west of campus. Please see attached map for directions.
