Meet Info
We are excited to kick off the 3rd annual Warrior Twilight Tune up on August 23th 2025 on the grounds of Warwick Middle School in Lititz, PA. Join us for a fun night under the lights with 3k races, food trucks, music, merch sales, and more! Bring your team here for your fall season "rust buster" to get your squad ready for their racing campaign!

Conversion chart - use a recent performance and then move horizontally on the chart to find the equivalent 3k estimated time. Example: 20:00 (5k) = 12:30 (3200m) = 11:40 (3k) = 5:53 (1600m).

- 5:00pm - Packet pickup at softball pressbox begins
- 6:00pm - Coaches meeting in softball outfield
- 6:30pm - National Anthem
- 6:40pm - Racing begins! (Boys Heat #1)
- 7:00pm - Girls Heat #1
- 7:25pm - Boys Heat #2
- 7:37pm - Girls Heat #2
- 7:52pm - Boys Heat #3
- 8:02pm - Girls Heat #3
- 8:17pm - Boys Heat #4

Racing Structure
- Coaches will enter an estimated 3k time for each runner and seeded heats will be formed
- Each heat could have a maximum of 80 runners depending on entries
- Races will be run from slow to fast
- Runners will traverse a fast 1k loop 3x's and sweep into a downhill finish at the end
Registration
- Register you runners and team on pa.milesplit.com
- Varsity (9th-12th grade)
- Import your roster from last year and put in estimated times to reserve your spot. Revisions can be made closer to race date.
- $20 per runner, $360 max per school
T-shirts and merch sales
- Event T-Shirts will be sold for $20. Sales will be held at the pressbox.
- Cowbells will be sold as well for $5
Parking
- Spectator parking will be $5 per car (cash) or $6 (PayPal)
