Open to all schools
Registration of runners will be done on Penntrackxc.com
(Be sure to identify grade levels of ALL runners entered in each race)
ALL races will be chip timed this year!
Coaches may enter up to 7 athletes in Varsity races. And may enter an unlimited number in the JV races .
All entries MUST be complete by the last date of registration.
Athletic Directors:
Please pass this info on to the appropriate coaches or Athletic Coordinators at your Middle Schools and Junior Highs.
The course is 3000 meters (3k or 1.87 miles) on the SF 10-12 Building course.
Important change: the course will start and finish behind the high school building near the baseball stadium.
Varsity race medals awarded to the top 15 boys and girls in each grade.
Team trophies to the top 2 teams in boys and girls races. Teams must have at least 5 runners finish the race to be considered for the team awards. (In team scoring 7th and 8th graders will be combined.)
Ribbons for the first 15 finishers (no matter what grade) in the JV races. The ribbons will be handed to them as they cross the line.
Our Booster Club will also have the snack bar open.
We ask spectators not to bring dogs to the course.
A limited number of long sleeved cotton t-shirts on sale for $20.00.
