Meet Information
DESCRIPTION: The Bristol Ekiden XC Relay will take place on Friday, October 11, 2024 @ 3:45pm on the Bristol High School XC 5K course. The cross country course is located behind Bristol High School in Bristol Borough, PA (1801 Wilson Avenue, Bristol, PA 19007).
In the tradition of Japanese Ekiden, instead of a baton, a sash will be passed from the 1st leg to the 2nd leg at the 1.55 mile exchange zone. Each 2-person team will complete a combined 5000 meters with each leg running 1.55 miles.
AWARDS: Awards will be given to the fastest combined 5K time in each Division: Boys, Girls, Mixed. Awards will also be given to the three 2-person teams that run a time closest to that team's PREDICTED TIME.
