MEET IS CLOSED TO FULL TEAMS - Please only reach out regarding a few Top Seeded Individuals.

PRE-ORDER your meet day T-Shirt for easy pickup!

We will limit the field to 25 complete teams and would like to have the teams set by February 1st. We will also allow most high quality individuals who can compete among the top sections. Please fill out the Google Form to be added to the waiting list as space opens.

The meet will follow all NFHS and PIAA rules. Sanctioning will be filed for PIAA and bordering states.

Entry fee is $150.00 per team.  $300.00 for both boys and girls teams

$15 per individual/$25 per relays

Middle School Fees: $5 per athlete (max of $50 per team)

No online entries or fees for elementary runners, just show up to the line for the start

Checks should be made payable to Haverford XCTF and can be brought with you to the meet or mailed to:
