Meet Information
A few notes as we go into Wednesday's meet:
We've attached a map of the track below that you can share with your athletes so they know where the start and finish lines are for the events due to our 300m track. The first map includes all of the starts and the other three are the exchange zones for each of the relays. Check in for all events except the 100m dash, 100/110m hurdles, 200m will be at the end zone post by the timing tent. The short sprints (100m/200m) will check in at the end zone closest to the start of those races. Bathrooms are located in the elementary school.
The field events are all located outside of the track area. We will have a 45 minute open pit for girls and boys long, followed by a 45 min open pit for girls and boys triple. Please tell your athletes that have events on the field and track that it's difficult to hear event calls from the field area. It would be beneficial to have a way to communicate with the athletes so they know what event is happening at the track.
There will be a food truck available for athletes and fans to purchase food from if they are interested.
Due to the presence of 5 schools at this meet, we are limited to 4 athletes per event.
