Meet Information
The meet start time is 3:00. Please do not arrive before 1:30. Parking for buses/coaches/officials will be in the Field House parking lot (lower entrance).
Spectator parking will be at the high school parking lot. It should be mostly empty by 2:40. High school dismissal is at 2:29 so advise team supporters/spectators to avoid arriving before 2:40 to minimize chaos.
Team tents can be set up in the grass along the back stretch of the track. Please keep tents out of the bleachers. All field events are close to the track.
If storms interrupt the meet, teams will report to their buses.
Restrooms will be available at the top of the bleachers next to our concession stand. The concession stand will be open.
There will be a limit of 3 athletes per school in each event. However, we ask that you also register one possible alternate athlete for each event so they will already be in our timing system in the event of substitutions. Having all athletes already entered will help the meet move along more efficiently. Upon arrival, please have a coach from your team assigned to meet with Coach Ruddle at the finish line to handle scratches and substitutions.
