Start Time: 9:30 AM (Field Events & Running Events Begin)
Running Events (Girls Run First, Followed by Boys)
1. 300m Hurdles
2. Sprint Medley Relay (100-100-200-400)
3. 4x800m Relay
4. 100m Dash
5. 1600m Run - Top 24 entries accepted
6. Elite 1600m Run - Two sections (8 girls & 8 boys per section)
7. 4x100m Relay
8. SMR
9. 400m Dash
10. Elite 400m Dash - Two sections (8 girls & 8 boys per section)
11. 100m Hurdles (Girls) / 110m Hurdles (Boys)
12. Elite 800m Run - Two sections (8 girls & 8 boys per section)
13. 800m Run
14. 200m Dash
15. 3200m Run - Top 20 entries accepted
16. 4x400m Relay
Field Events (Begin at 9:30 AM)
Girls First, Followed by Boys
Javelin Will NOT Be Contested

Additional Notes:
Running events will follow a rolling schedule, meaning each event will begin as soon as the previous one is completed.
Athletes should be ready at the check-in area well before their scheduled event.
Elite events are limited to 8 boys & 8 girls per section and are by invitation only.
The 1600m & 3200m runs will be limited to the top 24 and top 20 entries, respectively.
Relay teams must check in as a full team before their event.
Starting blocks will be provided, but teams are allowed to bring their own.
Location: Brand-new 8-lane Mondo track at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School
Elite Races: 400m, 800m, 1600m, and 400m (one boys and one girls section each)
Concessions: One of the best in the area!
Athlete Entry Limits: Track and field events: 3 athletes per event, 2 relays per team (boys and girls)
Awards:
Elite Races:
1st place: Special Award
2nd-3rd: Medals
4th-8th: Ribbons
All Other Events:
Medals for 1st-3rd place
Registration Info:
Team Entry Fee: $100
Elite Race Fee: $25 per athlete (if entered in elite events)
