High Jump - begins after the 60 hurdles and 60 dash finals

6:35 - 60m H trials
6:45 - 60m trials
6:55 - DMR 1200-400-800-1600
7:20 - 60m H finals
7:30 - 60 m finals
7:35 - 200m
7:45 - 400m
8:05 - 800m
8:20 - Mile
8:35 - 4x200m *Note 3-Turn Stagger will be used.
