DATE: Saturday, April 16, 2011
PLACE: Hempfield Spartan Stadium, Greensburg, Pa.
TIME: 9:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (Coaches Meeting, 8:15 A.M.)
COST: $125.00 entry fee
(Make checks payable to Hempfield Area Athletic Fund)
Entries: three (3) athletes per event and one (1) team per relay
Awards: top six (6) places in each event Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1
Team Trophies: top three teams MVP
Watches: 1 Track, 1 Field
Only 3/16 inch pin spikes will be permitted for all events except the javelin.
Concession stand will be open from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Invitational T-shirts will be sold.

I hope that your team will decide to participate as we continue our efforts to improve the meet and to promote the development of outstanding track and field athletes in our part of the state. We look forward to hearing from you.
We will only accept entries online at http://pa.milesplit.com as we did last year. If you participated in our meet last year, you should already have an account set up with them. ***Start Early! Beginning March 1, 2011 - Enter or Update you Roster. Schedule your team for the Lady Spartan.
You will be allowed to enter three (3) athletes for each event, and only three (3) may compete.
Scratches can only be replaced, with no exception, by an athlete who has been entered in the meet by the final deadlinefor entries. Scratches in field events will take place at the site of the event.
****Print a copy of your final entries and bring it to the scratch meeting on the day of the meet. ****

Initial Registration and Entries Tuesday, March 1, 2011 (Enter or update your roster)
Program Entries - Saturday, April 9, 2011 Midnight (for program of top-seeded athletes)
Final Entries - Monday, April 11, 2011 Midnight
**** As a complement to our meet, Greater Latrobe will be hosting the boys Ninth Annual Wildcat Invitational on Friday, April 15, 2011. We jointly will award trophies to the two schools having the highest combined, boys and girls, team scores. Contact Andy Wnek at Greater Latrobe High School if your boys team is interested.
