Shippensburg's Herman Kirkland Named PSAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week Apr 5, 2011

Freshman Herman Kirkland was named the PSAC Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon. Kirkland, the PSAC Indoor Freshman of the Year and the PSAC's all-time indoor record holder in the long jump, provisionally qualified in the 100 meters last weekend.

Shippensburg's Neely Spence Named PSAC Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week Apr 5, 2011

Junior Neely Spence was named the PSAC Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week on Tuesday afternoon by the conference office. Spence posted a NCAA provisional qualifying mark in the 1,500 meters last weekend at Lafayette.
