 Dear Coach,
	We’re looking forward to having you participate in our 2011 A. J. Everhart Uniontown Invitational.  
We will run seven runners per team for both the varsity races. 
 There will be no limit of runners for the junior varsity or junior high races.

	The following schedule has been set up:
		TIME SCHEDULE
		8:00-8:30 	Walk course
		8:30-9:00	Boys Jr. High Race (1.5 miles)
		9:00-9:30	Girls Jr. High Race
		9:30 		Boys Varsity
		10:00		Girls Varsity
		10:45		Boys Junior Varsity
		11:15		Girls Junior Varsity
		12:00 		Awards

	
We will be running at Penn State Fayette Campus.

ENTRY FEE:	$60.00 (This one flat fee will pay for all races entered)

AWARDS:	INDIVIDUAL TROPHIES
	(1 – 10  in both varsity races)
	(11-20 medals both varsity races)
	SWEATSHIRTS (1ST PLACE TEAM)
	TEAM TROPHIES (1ST,2ND, 3RD, PLACE TEAMS)
	MEDALS (TOP TEN JR. HIGH & JR. VARSITY)

REFRESHMENTS:	A Hospitality Tent will be set up for all athletes and coaches which
 will include fruit, drinks provided by United Dairy, and baked goods provided by the 
Uniontown Boosters Club.  Sandwiches will be sold by the boosters and coffee and 
donuts will be provided for all coaches.

T-SHIRTS	WILL BE SOLD THE DAY OF THE INVITATIONAL
