2009 Pennsylvania Boys' Track Coach of the Year - Our boys won the PIAA AAA State Championship
The Millersville University team won the NCAA Division II Cross-Country championship in 1981
Winner of the Maryland, Jersey Shore, Harrisburg, and Nittany Valley Marathons (PR - 2:19:36)
PRs - Mile 4:11.0 (Lock Haven 1973); Two Mile - 8:55 (Princeton, Indoor IC4A); 5 km - 14:03 (Colonial Relays); 10 km - 28:59 (Penn Relays)
4-time XC College All-American out of Millersville State College
Best Race: 3rd place in the 1976 AAU National Cross-Country Championships, Philadelphia, PA
