Wednesday nights are for track (apparently)! There are four meets on tap tonight spread across the eastern half of Pennsylvania and then a big one up in New York. The girls of DELCO will go to Haverford, while select other teams will go to Glen Mills, Albright, and Ursinus College for meets.

Remember to keep it locked to PennTrackXC for results from all these meets.

Albright College High School Invitational #1 (Albright College - LifeSports Center, Reading Pa.)

Ephrata's Zach Lefever will lead the mile field over in Reading. In the jumps, keep an eye out for Ephrata's Mark Njenga, who will compete in both the long and triple jump as the favorite. Northern Lebanon's Dakota Leonhard has already started his season off with a PR when he debuted last month in the shot put. Now the current PA#6 shot putter will look for more at Albright.

Cocalico's Stephanie Wahl (PA#10 55mH) will be favored in both the 55m dash and hurdle fields, looking to build off a strong meet at Dickinson last month. Wahl is also entered in the long jump. Parkland's Mikayla Stoudt will run the 2 mile in her first race of the season. Wilson (3)'s Eyitope Salako will compete in the triple jump for the first time this season, and she'll face competition from Imanye Delay of Pottsgrove.

Girls DELCO Championships (Haverford College - Lutnick Center, Haverford, Pa.)

Look for some exciting races at DELCOs tonight. Penn Wood looks like they may try and better their own PA#2 DMR that they set last week at this very track. They're only a few hundredths off North Penn's PA#1. In the 800 meters, Notre Dame's Mikayla Schneider will be favored going after the meet record of 2:16.24. The 3000 meters may be the race of the night with Ridley's Jamie Green, O'Hara's Elizabeth Mancini and Strath Haven's Maia Mesyngier will battle it out. In the shot put, Garnet Valley's Nina Gambacorta will look to move up in the state rankings, where she's currently at PA#6.

Glen Mills Invitational (Glen Mills, Pa.)

Upper Darby's Gianni Lawrence and Downingtown East's Jeremy Jennings will square off in a competitive 55 meter dash. Mason Weh, fresh off an impressive PA#1 and win at the Hispanic Games on Saturday, will go after the 55m hurdles again tonight. Weh will come back in the 200 meters to go up against Darien Williams of Wissahickon. Lawrence and Jennings are also scheduled to compete in that 200.

Hatboro-Horsham's Nicholas Marino is in the pole vault, looking to reclaim his top spot in the state in the pole vault. Dennis Manyeah of Penn Wood will return to the high jump where he'll look to improve on his PA#3 6-4. Bensalem's Caleb Appiah-Owusu will lead the long jump field. Wissahickon's Yondell Dudley, meanwhile, will be favored in the shot, making his first appearance since December 19.

Hill Prep Invitational (Ursinus College - Floy Bakes Fieldhouse, Collegeville, Pa.)

Kyle Garland will continue his busy sophomore campaign, competing in the 55m dash, 400m, and the long jump. Germantown Academy teammate KJ Cartwright will join him in the 55m. Owen Ritz, also of GA, will be in the mile.

Friends' Central's Gabrielle Wilkinson is entered in the mile, and GA's Maggie Hallahan will compete in the 3000m. Both will be heavily favored in those events.

Millrose Games Trials (The Armory, New York, NY)

A host of PA hopefuls will compete in tonight's Millrose Trials, looking for a bid into February's Millrose Games in the mile and the weight throw.
