The relays take centerstage on Friday (there should be some good ones), but on Saturday, the individuals will look for glory. The best part? You can watch it all on MileSplit. Here's what to look out for in our PA-centric world.

800: The girls' 800 will definitely be one to watch. In this race, we'll have the defending champion at the Yale Track Classic, Sarah Walker from Germantown Friends. the Stanford-signee is racing the 800 meters for the first time this season after opening up in the 400 meters last week. Also entered in the 800 is the Great Valley trio of Anna and Amy Willig and Crosby Spiess. On the boys' side, GFS's Grayson Hepp, who will also be making his open debut of the season.

3000m: Germantown Friends' Nick Dahl (12:15pm gun) will look for big things in the seeded section of the 3K. That race, by the way, is loaded with talent. We haven't seen Dahl this year, but the competition could push him to a solid time with the likes of Foot Locker finalists like Conor Lundy, Eric van der Els and Matt Grossman in the race. In the second section (12:03pm gun), we'll see a bunch of PA guys like PA#4 Henry Sappey of Downingtown West, Wyomissing's Jack DiCintio, and West Chester Henderson's Spencer Smucker.

Mile: Downingtown West's Emma Planck will race the seeded mile, making her open debut this season. A nice field could mean a fast time for her.

Long Jump: Downingtown West's Jimmy Holt will be in the long jump looking to improve on his current PA#4.
