The indoor 4x400 was a great finish to a great state meet and who wouldn't want to see more of those fireworks this time around?

Downingtown West and State College are the two top seeds in this race and that's exciting on many levels. Both squads will be the top team title contenders and it's likely that it could all come down to the final race of the long afternoon. The 4x400 is already filled with drama, but that added plotline could make it worth sticking around Ship until the very end.

After the top two, Glen Mills, Abington (the indoor champs), Martin Luther King, St. Joseph's Prep, Pennridge, Cardinal O'Hara, Penn Wood, and Penn Hills will be among the crowded group of teams gasping for some of the last medals of the PIAA season.

Who will have the most left at the end?
