Dominic Hockenbury will look to make it three in a row. The Lake Lehman senior won the AA 3200 crown as a sophomore and as a junior. The cherry on top would be a third state title. Hockenbury will also make a run at the 9-minute barrier, a goal he's held for a long time. He went 9:03 earlier in the season and it could be in the cards Saturday morning despite the projected heat.

There's a nice field that will look to challenge the champ. Quaker Valley's Zach Skolnekovich and Winchester Thurston's Will Loevner finished one right after the other at Baldwin earlier this season, both running 9:16. They'll look to make it a close race.

Sewickley Academy's Griffin Mackey and Mercyhurst Prep's Noah Curtin (1-2 in Class-A XC) will look to mix it up, as will Waynesburg Central's Ben Bumgarner.
