The three favorites in the AAA 3200 hail from different sections of the state of Pennsylvania. We've got Central Bucks East's Jake Brophy, JP McCaskey's Nathan Henderson, and Peters Township's Nick Wolk.

Brophy has the fastest PR of the bunch (8:57.68), but has yet to pop off a really fast race this season. The two-time XC state champion and one-time indoor 3K champion will look to add an outdoor title to his mantle before the end of his prep career.

Wolk has had a very strong season that includes a PA AAA #1 of 9:12.38 that came off a double at Baldwin. The senior will have a real shot at the win here.

Then there's Henderson, who ran a sick 8:24.08 to finish third as the top PA runner (ahead of Brophy and Dominic Hockenbury) at the Penn Relays. He's shown he has the fitness and the speed (a 4:14.80 1600m) to grab the win.

After the big three, there are some other contenders that includes a deep group of District 7 runners: Marc Migliozzi (North Allegheny), Jake Susalla (Plum), Joseph Westrick (Chartiers Valley), Casey Conboy (Baldwin), and Todd Gunzenhauser (Mount Lebanon).

North Pocono's Matt Kravitz and Unionville's Kent Hall will also be up there searching for a nice podium finish.
