AACA Championships (Newtown, PA)

Defending champion Emma Seifried of Country Day of the Sacred Heart will look to defend her AACA title, while it looks like Villa Joseph Marie will be heavily favored to repeat as champions.

Seifried won last year in an incredible 17:54 at Tyler State Park. Her times this year haven't been on the same level as a year ago, but she will still be favored to take the crown. her biggest challenge will likely come from Villa Joseph Marie's Katie Irelan. Irelan ran a season best of 19:40 at Paul Short a few weeks ago and should pose a good challenge. Others that can contend are Sacred Heart's Kayleigh Doyle and VJM's Brianna Kling.

In the team race, Villa Joseph Marie, which won last season with just 25 points will look for a repeat performance. The team with the best chance of challenging them is Nazareth Academy, led by Taylor Neals.
