For a second straight season, the Dallas boys scored 96 points to win the state championship over a strong York Suburban team. Both teams return six of seven to next year, which means we should get another great battle between two of AA's premiere programs. York Suburban is hoping the third time's a charm and they'll look to return to the top of the podium next year, but Dallas will once again provide a strong challenge. Those teams are the top returning squads, but Harbor Creek returns five of seven, including it powerful top three. Greensburg Salem, Notre Dame-Green Pond, and Wyomissing all look like they should be tough in 2017.

The individual race should be interesting. Isaac Davis of Jersey Shore is the top returner after taking third in the state on Saturday. His District 4 rival Quinn Serfass will be strong. South Fayette's Sam Snodgrass, Dallas' Jack Zardecki, York Suburban's Bryce Ohl, and Wyomissing's Joe Cullen will be among the challengers.

Way Too Early Prediction: South Fayette's Sam Snodgrass catches and beats Isaac Davis, who takes the race out hard for the AA title. Meanwhile, Dallas scores 96 points and edges York Suburban by ten points for state title #3.
