Boys' Recap

Make it another re-breaking of the Pennsylvania state record for Jordan Geist. The Knoch senior unleashed a throw of 73-10 for the win at the MileSplit Scholastic Showcase at SPIRE on Sunday. That's over a foot better than Geist's previous record, which he set earlier this season at YSU with a throw of 72-9.75. That's the sixth best throw from a high schooler indoors of all-time and puts him as the No. 3 all-time performer.

Int he weight throw, Ohio's Jake Wickey was able to beat out Geist on his final throw. Wickey unleashed a toss of 78-0 to take the win over Geist, who threw 74-2.25. Blaire took fifth with a PA#3 throw of 65-4.50.
