A one-two-three finish in the blink of an eye in the 300 meters dash, as Adam Balkster of Downingtown West won in 37.7, with Ridley\'s Sean Smeltzeer .1 back, and LaSalle\'s Drew Brandt another .1 back. Central\'s Melvin Gains won the 500 meter run in 1:09.8, while Sean McGinley8 of LaSalle went 2:44.8 to win at 1000 meters. O\'Hara\'s Jim Smith cleared 6.04.
