5/17-Motter makes it three while Kanuch knocks down four at PIAA District 6 AA @ Altoona

Here is a dream for you. It\'s your senior year. You have some good speed, and decent jumping ability. You come out for track. You qualify for your District meet, and when you appear, you post some pretty incredible numbers. In fact, they rank statewide, qualify you for States in all three, and give you three District 6 AA crowns to call you own. Mount Union senior Holly Motter did all that with a three-ring performance at Altoona\'s Mansion Park... clearing 5-03 in the High Jump, Long-Jumping a strong 18-02, and for good measure, leaping 36-05.50 in the Triple Jump. Nice day. Nice job. Winning the two sprints was Bald Eagle\'s Amanda Reese, running 12.68 and 26.29. 140-05 is a long way in the Jav..and now it\'s the district champ\'s mark for Whitney Crater of Penns Valley.

On the boys\' side, you know the drill...and so does Bran Kanuch of Westmont Hilltop, who appears poised to make a lot of noise at States. He tuned up with a 10.73 -- 22.03 (21.97p) -- 22-02.50 -- 47-04 quad that says as much about his speed as it does about his stamina. Bishop McCort posted a quick 43.24 4x100.
