After a cross country season that threw physical challenges at her every step of the way. Cardinal O'Hara senior Beth Kelly appears to be headed in the right direction. After winning the mile in 5:23.4, she came back to take the 800 in 2:28.1. Teammate Sarah Houtmann won three events, taking the 55 dash in 7.4, the 200 in 27, and leaping 15-10.75 in the long jump. Archbishop Carroll senior Caitlin Storbeck was a wire-to-wire winning in the 3000, timed at 11:03.5. West Catholic's Michelle Davis was .3 better than Prendergast's Ariel Fonrose in the 400, coming through the line in 1:01.4.

The Seans were on... as Bonner's Sean Wilkes won the shot put with a big 55-10, and Archbishop Ryan's Sean Mallon won two events, taking the mile in 4:30.6 and the 800 in 2:01.0 . Ryan captured the DMR in 11:03.9. Steve Werner, Cardinal O'Hara, also won two, taking the 55H in 7.8 and the long jump with a leap of 21-10.50. Ryan captured the DMR. Devaughn Swain, West Catholic, took the 55 without the hurdles, going 6.4.
12/21 DVGTCA Indoor Meet #4 @ Ursinus College

Conestoga ran the #14 all-time association and Ursinus meet record DMR of 12:32.4. Kacie O'Neil led off with a 3:49 1200, followed by a 58.8 400 by Carly Niness, a 2:24 800 by Marta Klebe and a 5:20 1600 anchored by Megan Deakins. Downingtown East, Archbishop Carroll and Hatboro Horsham were all under 13 minutes. There was a flurry of fast sophomores at the front of the 60 meter dash, with Courtney Kedra, Phoenixville in at 6.7, followed by Chester's Rayiana Johnson in 7.8 and Notre Dame's Maura McKendrick in 7.9 seconds. Johnson won the 200 in 26.1. Seniors dominated the 600m, with Council Rock South's Ijeoma Iheoma running 1:39.3 and Ryann Krais, Methacton, in at 1:40.7. Meghan Lutz, Nazareth Academy, won the mile in 5:18.9. Penncrest senior Karen Shump threw the shot 45-06.25.
12/22 TFCAGP D1 Indoor Meet #4 @ Ursinus College

On Saturday at the TFCAGP D1 Indoor Meet #4 @ Ursinus College, LaSalle, Council Rock North, North Penn, Pennridge and Hatboro Horsham all cracked 11 minutes in the DMR, with LaSalle coming out on top by less than a second over CRN with a time of 10:47.6. Neshaminy's Tim Mallory cleared a strong 6-6 in the high jump. Pennridge's Craig Sherwood was over the pole vault at 14-6. Darryl Thomas, Coatesville, threw the shot 54-04. Lower Merion's Ben Furcht nipped North Penn's Brad Miles by 2/10th of a sec in the 3000, timed in 9:11.2.
12/22 TFCAGP D2 Indoor Meet #4 @ Ursinus College
RESULTS POSTED
It was packed at the front of the 800 as Elliott Rhodes, now at Engineering & Science, was the only runner under 2 with his 1:58.5. Five others were under 2:01.6, led by Holy Ghost Prep's Michael Pierce in 2:00.5. Rhode's teammate Austin Perron ran 51.5 to win the 400. Wissahickon's Nick Crits went 9:06.7 in the 3000.
