While the officials signing period isn't for weeks, more and more of PA's seniors are making their college selections. So far this week, Boiling Springs distance ace Kara Millhouse, Cumberland Valley sprinter Juan Steward, Spring-Ford distance runner Heather Giovagnoli, and Mercer distance runner Melissa Smith have chosen Penn State, Syracuse, Rider and Bucknell, respectively.
